Patients on long term medication can order repeat prescription in a number of ways.
In Person– Please indicate the medication you require by ticking the appropriate items on the prescription and leave your repeat prescription counterfoil at the reception or Drop your repeat slip in the box provided at reception.
Online– Follow the link at the top of this page,( you will need to be registered to use this service). Once registered you will be able to order repeat medication only.
By telephone– We only take requests over the telephone for housebound patients or in exceptional circumstances where this is agreed by the practice.
Repeat Prescription requests will normally be ready for collection after 48 hours( 2 working days)notice.
ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTION SERVICE(EPS)
We offer the Electronic prescription service at the surgery since January 2016.
EPS is an NHS service that sends your prescription directly from your GP surgery to Pharmacy without the need for a paper copy. Nominate a pharmacy of your choice and this pharmacy will receive your prescription directly from your GP, via the Electronic Prescription Service(EPS).
With EPS you will not have to visit your practice to pick up your paper prescription anymore. EPS is reliable, secure and confidential. Your electronic prescription will only be seen by the same people in GP practice and pharmacies who see your paper prescription now.
