The App allows patients to:
Book appointments in their local practice and hub
View medical records
Order repeat prescriptions
Access health information
Link account to others if appropriate
It’s quick and easy to get an account.

Patients should be able to quickly and easily register for the App using NHS login by using pictures of their ID and recording a short video

However if you do not have ID or are having difficulties with the NHS login process please contact the practice to request:
- a Linkage Key (which could be called a Passphrase)
- an ODS Code (which could be called an Organisation Code or Practice ID)
- an Account ID
