We run a variety of clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes whilst also providing a wide variety of other medical services; including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
This Practice offers 7 days a week GP Services with My Healthcare and other local practices. Please contact the surgery on 0121 465 8188 to book evening and weekend appointments. Alternatively, patients can use the New Birmingham and Solihull Health App to access those appointments themselves.
Patients can be referred to various Community Clinics via West Heath Primary Care Centre i.e Mental Health clinic, Diabetic community clinic, Physio clinic, Musculoskeletal Clinic
Patients can also book an appointment with Clinical Pharmacist for their medication reviews and other queries related to their prescriptions.
